Cleaning/Blasting - DCPI has equipment to abrasive blast all parts we
process with aluminum oxide or glass beads in a wide range of grit sizes.
Wet blast (Liquid Hone) is available for some part configurations.
Polishing
- DCPI can
polish bar stock up to 45 feet long with a 3 ton weight limit.
Baking
- A selection
of ovens is available to accommodate stress relief and hydrogen
embrittlement relief and heat treating of electroless nickel.
Tool
Room -
DCPI designs and builds in house over 95% of the tooling required to
process parts to the required specification. We have the skill to produce
specialized precision fixtures for the more complex parts.
